Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By booking services with Arceo Productions or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all photography, drone, and production services provided by Arceo Productions, based in Southern California.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Arceo Productions reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received as agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will forfeit the retainer only. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may be subject to the full contracted amount. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

4. Deliverables

Arceo Productions will deliver edited photos within the timeframe agreed upon at booking. The number of images delivered, editing style, and delivery method will be outlined in your booking agreement. RAW, unedited files are not included unless specifically contracted.

5. Drone Services

Drone photography and videography is subject to FAA regulations and local airspace restrictions. Arceo Productions reserves the right to cancel or modify drone services if weather, safety, or regulatory conditions are not suitable. No refund will be issued for drone services cancelled due to factors outside our control.

6. Copyright & Licensing

Arceo Productions retains full copyright of all images and videos captured. Clients receive a personal use license for the deliverables. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement. Arceo Productions reserves the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.

7. Limitation of Liability

In the event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, Arceo Productions' liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
